After obtaining the approval for preliminary development and construction, the energy storage power station enters the implementation and construction phase of the project. This link is particularly crucial, as each detail directly affects the safe operation of the entire energy storage power plant. The following is the process of implementing and constructing energy storage projects:

1After the project is approved, the construction unit needs to go to the site to survey and survey the terrain, and propose design requirements. The construction unit is responsible for preparing the access system report and submitting it for review at the meeting, issuing the overall construction blueprint, drawing the project structure, civil engineering, electrical, etc., and issuing the product technical specification book as the basis for equipment procurement. Sign technical agreements with various manufacturers, conduct on-site technical briefings, and conduct drawing reviews.

2The project enters the equipment procurement phase and purchases qualified equipment according to design requirements. After the equipment procurement and arrival, the energy storage project enters the construction work, including foundation pouring, battery container installation, and booster chamber installation; Installation of combiner boxes, infrastructure construction of inverters and box transformers; Installation and commissioning tests of box transformers, inverters, DC cabinets, and communication cabinets equipment; Electrical connections and cable laying, on-site grounding, fabrication and welding; Road construction in the energy storage power station area, etc. Install, debug, test, protect and debug all equipment, electrical connections, monitoring installation, fire protection equipment installation, safety monitoring cameras, etc; Construction of peripheral lines, installation of equipment at opposite stations, and point-to-point switching. After laying and connecting cables for all equipment, conduct tests.

3After the overall installation and debugging of the project is completed, it enters the later acceptance stage. To obtain qualified acceptance from provincial and municipal power construction engineering quality supervision stations, provincial and municipal power construction commissioning institutes, technical supervision, fire brigade, and power grid companies, review the commissioning plan of the energy storage power station, issue a process for returning power to the booster station, and submit a reverse power transmission application to the power company. Report the technical conditions for grid connection to the trading center, and sign the Grid Connection Dispatch Agreement with the provincial and local dispatching respectively; Sign an Electricity Supply Contract with the power company and coordinate to determine the annual Electricity Purchase and Sales Contract. The project will be connected to the grid for operation.

4After the project acceptance, the construction unit needs to sign an acceptance handover agreement with the owner. After the grid related test is completed, the electricity price approval document and the project acceptance certificate will be obtained. After the process is completed, the entire energy storage power station is officially put into operation.
